Untimely rains raise dengue worry

Untimely rains in the month of May have left the district Health Department worried about the spread of vector-borne diseases due to collection of rainwater.
While the department has not recorded any new case of dengue, it has directed the civic body to make necessary purchases and enhance surveillance. In the past four years, the district was most affected by dengue last year.

ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕਝੇੜੀ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੋਟਲ ਦਿਲਜੋਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ 'ਤੇ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਈਆਂ। ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੰਜ ਰਾਊਂਡ ਫਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।

ਸੰਜੇ ਦੱਤ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਰਤੀ ਦੇਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਮਹਾਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਭਗਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁੱਬੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਸੰਜੇ ਦੱਤ ਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
