Sriharikota- India's list of achievements from Earth to space is getting longer. On Monday, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched the navigation satellite NVS-01. The special thing is that this spacecraft is part of the Navigation with Indian Constellation series. Through this, ISRO wants to increase the capacity in the field of monitoring and navigation. In fact, the space agency has planned the launch of a series of navigation satellites, which will ensure continuity of naval services.

ਰਾਤ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਪੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਨੀਂਦ ਆਉਣਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਚੰਗੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਓ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਸੁਸਤੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦਫਤਰ 'ਚ ਵੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਕਸਰ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੱਛਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਓ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ...

ਇਕ ਦਿਲ ਦਹਿਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਬੇਰਹਿਮ ਪੋਤਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਪੀੜਤ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਛੱਡ ਆਇਆ। ਮਾਮਲਾ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਇਨਸਾਨੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਔਰਤ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਦੀ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ। ਪੋਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਝ ਸਮਝਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਗੱਡੀ 'ਚ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਆਰੇ ਕਾਲੋਨੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਜੰਗਲ 'ਚ ਛੱਡ ਆਇਆ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ 33 ਸਾਲਾ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਦੀਆਂ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਰਾਤ ਦੋ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਕਾਰਪੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਹੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ’ਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਮ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਬਟਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਫ਼ੋਨ ’ਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਪਰ ਗੋਲੀ ਲੱਗਣ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
