Flag march by Patiala and Malerkotla police

Devigarh, 1st June A flag march was conducted by the police in different parts of Patiala city keeping in mind the Ghallughara day. The march conducted by the police was flagged off by ADGP Traffic AS Roy. The flag march was led by Patiala SSP Varun Sharma. On this occasion, ADGP AS Roy said that a flag march has been conducted to maintain law and order in the district. He said that no person will be allowed to disturb the peace.
Malerkotla police conducted a flag march under the leadership of District Police Chief Deepak Hilori in order to curb drug addiction in Malerkotla district and increase people's contact with the police. District Police Chief Deepak Hilori said that the police are working with full vigilance to maintain the law and order situation, a large number of police personnel have been deployed in the district.

ਇਕ ਦਿਲ ਦਹਿਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਬੇਰਹਿਮ ਪੋਤਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਪੀੜਤ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਛੱਡ ਆਇਆ। ਮਾਮਲਾ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਇਨਸਾਨੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਔਰਤ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੈਂਸਰ ਦੀ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ। ਪੋਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਝ ਸਮਝਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਗੱਡੀ 'ਚ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਆਰੇ ਕਾਲੋਨੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਜੰਗਲ 'ਚ ਛੱਡ ਆਇਆ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ 33 ਸਾਲਾ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
