Now, instead of applying offline, employees and officials will have to go to the online portal Human Resource Management System (IHRMS) and apply for leave. While the entire service record of the employees is available on this portal, now the entire vacation record will also be available on this portal. Under which the employee can apply online for his leave through his login ID and password. 

in this, complete information about the holidays available in different categories of the concerned employee will be available and employees will be able to apply as per their wish. While this will bring transparency in the work, there will also stop the ongoing adjustment of the employees. Referring to the letter of the Personnel Department in this regard, the Education Department has issued instructions to the heads of the concerned institutions to implement it.
