In the local city, a huge explosion took place near Sri Darbar Sahib in the middle of the night, the accused were arrested on the spot by the security team of Shiromani Committee. In this regard, a press conference was held by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Harjinder Singh Dhami.

Shiromani Committee President Harjinder Dhami said that all the footage of the blast incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed there. Based on this, the CCTV in-charge of Shiromani Committee identified the suspect, who was caught by the security team of Shiromani Committee and handed over to the police. Some papers have been found from the blast site, which have been handed over to the police. Dhami said that after blasting, the said person went to the balcony and slept.
