The Taksal and Reverence Committees under the leadership of Singh Ajnala have picked up four copies of Sri Guru Granth Sahib along with a manuscript. Apart from this, all the books and pictures of the Gurus that were in the house were also taken away. Patiala Police has arrested a total of 7 persons, including 4 girls, on the charge of conducting prostitution business. They include Mahi, Sangeeta, Shubham, Jaspreet Kaur, Mahakpreet Kaur, Sandeep Singh and Ranjit Singh. A case has been registered against the said seven at Lahori Gate Police Station under Section 3 and 4 of the Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act.
